Qing guanshiyin pusa xiaofu duhai tuoluonizhou jing (C. 請觀世音菩薩消伏毒害陀羅尼呪經; English: "Dhārāṇī Sūtra of Invoking Avalokiteśvara Bodhisattva to Dissipate Poison and Harm").

A text in the Chinese canon that presents a six-syllable dhārāṇī of Guanyin (Skt. Avalokiteśvara). The text is contained in the Taishō Tripitaka 1043.[1]

According to the Digital Dictionary of Buddhism, this text is an alternative version of the Ṣaḍakṣara-vidyā (C. Liuzi shenzhou wang jing).[2]

In the Mohe Zhiguan, the Tiantai patriarch Zhiyi (538–597 CE) equated the six syllables of this dharani with six forms of Guanyin.[3]
