Drikung Bhande Dharmaradza (1704-1754), also known as Trinlé Döndrup Chögyal ('phrin las don grub chos rgyal). A lama from the Drikung Kagyu lineage of Tibetan Buddhism. He is considered as the reincarnation of the great Drikung Dharmakirti (1595-1659), the first of the Drikung Kyabgön Chungtsang Rinpoches. The Chungtsang Rinpoches are revered as a combined emanation of Manjushri and Guru Padmasambhava; they have held one of the thrones of the Drikung Kagyu lineage from the 17th century up to the present day.[1]

Drikung Bhande Dharmarāja founded several new monasteries.[2] In his work The Jewel Treasury of Advice, he summarized the entire structure of the Buddhist path according to both Sutrayana and Tantrayana.[1][2][3]
